We are a husband and wife team based in Santa Ana, CA and we love to photograph life as it happens.

We both found our love of photography in the darkrooms of our high school photography classes. While in college I (Blake) joined the school's newspaper team and became the photo editor where I honed my skills in photojournalism. I learned how to sit back, let events unfold, and capture all the details both large and small to tell the complete story.

For the first weddings I shot I asked Ali if she would mind coming to help me out since she is quite loud, she can make people feel comfortable, and she can make them (and me) laugh. Ever since that wedding we have worked together drawing on our personal strengths to form a strong team. She joking puts it this way, "he's the talent and I'm the mouth."
